L.O.P.D The Act 15/1999 of 13th of December for Data Protection (LOPD), is a Spanish Act which main objective is to guarantee and protect, for what refers to personal data, the public freedom and the fundamental rights of individuals, specially of their honor, intimacy and personal and familiar privacy.

The Act establishes the obligation of all businesses and self-employed, to adapt to the current law in what refers to personal data protection.
